FAQ
What do the Condition letters for each part mean?
A = New – A new part with no damage. Often will be sold in retail packaging. If part is factory surplus from a truck plant, it may be repackaged but is guaranteed to be never used and free from defects. Any picture on the website is representative as all stock of a specific part number listed as A should be identical.
B = New Other – These are mainly factory surplus items with some slight scratches, dents, etc, but will otherwise be usable. Some cab parts may have been previously painted at the factory and some parts may just not be in original packaging but have no other significant defects .
C = Used or New Parts with more than cosmetic damage- An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
M = New Parts Not Individually Labelled
